The manifesto

The life I am
building.

I am

I am a man who chooses freedom over everything. I believe time is the only currency that counts. Family comes before any deal. Nature keeps me grounded. And I refuse to live without a purpose bigger than myself.

I work hard on the things I love, so that one day I never have to spend a day I did not choose.

A day I designed

I wake up early, or whenever I want. I train in my own gym. I come home to my wife and kids, make them breakfast, and drop them at school. Then I start the work I chose, inside the life I built. I make lunch. I take a walk. I meet my kid at the park. A little more work. Soccer in the evening. Maybe the grandparents stop by. Slow, full, and entirely mine. That ordinary day is the whole dream.

My code

The rules I live by.

  1. 01Family comes first. I will never miss a moment that matters for work.
  2. 02I work hard on purpose, so my kids see what it takes.
  3. 03I will sacrifice to get ahead, but I will not trade my life for my work.
  4. 04I keep my body strong and my mind clear.
  5. 05I guard my time like it is the only thing I truly own.
  6. 06I give back beyond money, and I leave more joy than I found.

Who I refuse to become

I refuse to give my whole life to my work. I refuse to be the father who built something huge and was never home. I will not become out of shape, divorced, unempathetic, or a man ruled by his demons. Success that costs me my family or my health is not success. It is the exact failure I am running from.

The life list

Things I will do.

  • Record podcasts with my family
  • Christmas together, every single year
  • Three or four trips a year with my friends
  • Stay active and keep challenging myself
  • Set foot in Antarctica
  • Learn guitar and play in a band

The vision

Three things.

One

Health

A strong body, a clear mind, time in nature.

Two

Wealth

Freedom, the number, and the foundation.

Three

Relationships

The people it is all for.

Why all of it

Money is a tool. It buys freedom and it solves stress. Let them say I worked hard on what I loved, spent my time with the people I loved, gave back beyond money, and left more joy than I found.
